Seasonal Crafts We Love: Spring Edition

By the end of this blog, you will have learned how to make a bunny, a tulip, and a bee!

Materials needed:

• 1 sheet of 1x1 paper (PINK)

• 1 sheet of 1x1 paper (GREEN)

• 1 sheet of 1x1 paper (COLOR OF CHOICE)

• 1 sheet of 1x1 paper (YELLOW)

Bunny

Step 1:

Prepare a sheet of 1×1 pink paper and position it like a diamond.

Step 2:

Fold in half (up).

Step 3:

Fold in half again (right to left).

Step 4:

Unfold previous step.

Step 5:

Fold the bottom edge up (~1 inch).

Step 6:

Fold the right side up along the center line.

Step 7:

Repeat on the other side.

Step 8:

Turn the paper to the other side.

Step 9:

Fold the top corner down and inwards.

Step 10:

Fold the bottom corner to the back.

Step 11:

Fold the side corners to the back.

Step 12:

Turn the paper to the other side.

Step 13:

Take the left point and fold it to the right to create a triangular shape (as shown).

Step 14:

Repeat on the other side.

Step 15:

Turn the paper to the other side.

Step 16:

Draw a face and done!

Tulip

Step 1:

Prepare a sheet of 1×1 paper (color of choice) and position it like a diamond.

Step 2:

Fold in half (up).

Step 3:

Fold in half again, leaving a small indent at the bottom.

Step 4:

Unfold previous step.

Step 5:

Fold the right side at an angle like so, making sure to line up with the center line.

Step 6:

Repeat on the other side.

Step 7:

Prepare a sheet of 1×1 green paper and position it like a diamond.

Step 8:

Fold in half (up) and unfold.

Step 9:

Fold the bottom half up to the middle line like so.

Step 10:

Repeat with the top half.

Step 11:

Fold the bottom half up to the middle line like so.

Step 12:

Repeat with the top half.

Step 13:

Fold in half (up).

Step 14:

Fold the right side at an angle like so.

Step 15:

Turn the paper over and rotate.

Step 16:

Glue the flower petals to the stem and done!

Bee

Step 1:

Prepare a sheet of 1×1 yellow paper and position it like a diamond.

Step 2:

Fold in half (up), then unfold.

Step 3:

Fold in half (left to right), then unfold.

Step 4:

Fold the top corner down a little past the middle line.

Step 5:

Turn the paper to the other side.

Step 6:

Fold the right side along the center line.

Step 7:

Repeat on the other side.

Step 8:

Turn the paper to the other side.

Step 9:

Fold the right side towards the middle like so.

Step 10:

Repeat on the other side.

Step 11:

Open up the right flap like so.

Step 12:

Fold the opened flap.

Step 13:

Repeat steps 11 and 12 on the other side.

Step 14:

Fold the top corner down.

Step 15:

Turn the paper to the other side.

Step 16:

Decorate and done!
